Sungei Buloh Wetland Reserve
What to see: Wander through wetlands with an extensive mangrove forest on one of Sungei Buloh’s many trails and discover her rich biodiversity such as the smooth-coated otters, mudskippers, water snakes, crabs, birds, spiders and monitor lizards.
Opening hours: 7 am to 7 pm daily
Central Catchment Nature Reserve - TreeTop Walk
What to see: Take a hike through Singapore’s mature secondary forest right in the heart of the city to reach the TreeTop Walk. With the highest point on the TreeTop Walk at 25m, you will be rewarded with a bird’s eye view of flora and fauna that live in the forest canopy as you travel along the 250 meter long suspension bridge.
Opening hours: Tuesday - Friday: 9am – 5pm; Saturday, Sunday & Public Holidays: 8.30 am – 5pm (Closed on Mondays, except on Public Holidays)
Bukit Timah Nature Reserve
What to see: Bukit Timah Nature Reserve is home to 40% of Singapore's flora and fauna. If you are up for the challenge, take on Bukit Timah’s Summit trail and push yourself to the limits as you climb Singapore’s tallest hill on trails that wind through pockets of hill dipterocarp forest, not found anywhere else on the island.
Opening hours: Saturdays and Sundays only: 7am to 6pm (Last entry 5pm)
Pulau Ubin and Chek Jawa Wetlands
What to see: Just a short ferry ride from Changi Point Ferry Terminal, Pulau Ubin is home to Singapore’s last villages and lots of wildlife. You can explore the many trails on foot or on a bicycle and be amazed by what this small island has to offer. A trip to Pulau Ubin will also not be complete without visiting Chek Jawa Wetlands located at the eastern end of Pulau Ubin. Walk on the boardwalk in Chek Jawa at low tide and be greeted by intertidal organisms below you.

Singapore Botanic Gardens
What to do: Inscribed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site in 2015, the 150-year-old Singapore Botanic Gardens is definitely a star attraction for travellers spending their time in Singapore. Explore the wide variety of botanical and horticultural attractions with a rich history and a wonderful plant collection of worldwide significance.
